本市防災教育館，自91年落成開館，以親身體驗與動手實作為特色，成為學校校外教學及公司團體防火訓練最佳場所，落實防災教育向下札根，極具成效。
共有10項體驗項目:
Disaster Prevention Education Hall features physical experience and DIY activities since being established in 2002, thus becoming an excellent place for school trips and group fire fighting training.

迷走幻想-安安的奇幻旅程
Fantasy - An’s Fantastic Journey



配戴VR眼鏡虛實整合，跟隨故事主角安安一起到故事裡冒險，融入故事情境。觸控投影在牆面上的圖示學習土石流、地震、颱風、火災各類災害型態。
Put on the VR headset and follow An’s lead to have an adventure and join the story. Touch the icon projected on the wall to learn what is mudflow, earthquake, typhoon and fire.

動態救災模型
Dynamic Rescue Model



藉由影片教導火災初期「小火快逃，濃煙關門」觀念，以及撥打119報案要領，消防車模型台隨著影片情節出勤及出水，使民眾對消防工作能有更深認識，以提昇防火意識。
The videos show the idea of “running from a small fire and closing the door if there is smoke” and calling 119 for emergency. The firefighting vehicle will move or sprinkle based on the video to help visitors to have more understanding about firefighting in order to raise more awareness of fire safety.

消防車救災
Firefighting Vehicle



以古董消防車改裝，配合影中動作讓民眾體驗駕駛消防車出勤救的臨場感受，強調消防車出勤須讓道的觀念。
It was an old firefighting vehicle with videos on to allow visitors to experience how it feels to drive a firefighting car to the rescue.Meanwhile, it is emphasized that people should give way to
firefighting cars on duty.

互動式居家消防教學區（館內設施介紹維修中）
Interactive Family Firefighting Education





設置電視播放導覽影片，配合實體器材展示，教導火警避難逃生、滅火器使用、地震應變、一氧化碳中毒預防、逃生用緩降機使用及擬定家庭逃生計畫，並規劃AR互動遊戲主題:用電安全體驗區、防災常識。
A TV with videos on and display of equipment helps visitors understand fire safety, such as escape route, extinguisher operations, earthquake response, carbon monoxide poising prevention, escape sling operations and formulation of the family emergency plan. There is the AR area: electricity safety zone and disaster prevention education.

直升機救災體驗
Helicopter



結合聲光科技與動畫影片，如同搭乘救災直升機出勤。
The audio and visual effects and videos are used to simulate the helicopter on duty.

滅火器訓練
Extinguisher Operation



以水滅火器搭配電子螢幕射水模擬滅火，實際操作:拉、瞄、壓、掃
Aim the extinguisher at the fire on the screen. Operations:unplug,aim, hold and sweep.

地震體驗屋
Earthquake Simulation Room



仿照一般住宅的場景，藉由地震模擬系統產生前後移動及上下震動，模擬地震災害的發生，可同時4-6人進行地震模擬體驗及防震演練。
In this room, horizontal and vertical vibration are created by the earthquake simulator. The room can accommodate 4-6 people at the maximum.

暴風雨室(113/4/1起開放雨水體驗)
Storm Simulation Room



以大型風扇與灑水設備，模擬暴風雨的可怕，教導應防範措施，體驗暴雨需自備輕便雨衣。
The large fan and sprinkler are used to simulate a terrible storm.Precaution measures will also be given. Visitors need to prepare raincoats by themselves.

濃煙室(暫停開放)
Smoke Simulation Room



於室內空間以木板及鐵網分隔成迷宮型態，利用製煙機模擬室內發生火災之濃煙流竄及黑暗狀況，讓民眾體驗火場中黑暗環境，並採低姿勢爬行進行逃生。
The space is designed as a maze by using wood boards and iron nets. The room will be full of smoke and darkness to allow visitors to experience the environment. Visitors need to crawl to
escape.

水兵橫渡(身高需130公分以上,始得體驗)
Sailor Walking



在消防救助隊的訓練場地架設鋼索，民眾須於6公尺的訓練塔腳踩並手握鋼索，行走約10公尺到達對面訓練塔，考驗膽識及手腦並用。
Wires are installed in the firefighter training field. Visitors need to hold on to a wire with their hands to walk along the wire from a 6m tall tower for 10m to reach another tower. It tests your guts and physical activities.
